Unisa Undergraduate Application Opening Date 2026

The application date for undergraduate courses for the 2026-2027 academic year is out for all prospective applicant to apply for any courses available at University of South Africa (Unisa). The application date for the 2026 academic year will be opened from 21st of August, 2025 and close on 11th of October, 2025. Applicant are required to submit every applications before deadline and any applicants who refuses to submit the application before the deadline date will not be processed.

During the application period, applicants are required to pay non-refundable amount of R140.00 as an application fees. All applicant must take note that, the amount paid for the admission fees is not refundable for any circumstances. Undergraduate Requirements for 2026-2027 Academic Year:

In order to be enrolled for the 2026-2027 academic year admission at Unisa, all applicant must meet the following requirements below:

  • All applicants must ensure to avoid mistakes on the admission form relating to the provision of personal information.
  • Copy of your school qualifications (eg National Senior Certificate).
  • Copy of your official tertiary academic record(s) (if applicable) (internet copies will not be accepted).
  • Copy of your ID document (RSA students) or ID / passport (international students).
  • Copy of your marriage certificate (if applicable) or divorce decree (if applicable).
  • Sworn translations of documents if they are not in English or Afrikaans.
  • Any additional documents as may be required for a specific Short Learning Programme.
