Unisa Application Online 2025-2026: Unisa online application for admission 2025 opening date

All those who want to start for a new qualification should apply for admission now! The Application comprises of all first-time Unisa Applicants, Unisa students who are changing to a new qualification and specialization, all applicants who applied for admission earlier time and were not offered a space or who were offered a space all right and accepted the offer but did not register finally, students finishing a higher certificate or any of the programme and wants to continue with further Undergraduate studies.

Application for Admission to 2025-2026

The University of South Africa (Unisa) has an application cycle to be open and continuous. Unisa’s Application for admission dates to the 2025-2026 Academic year is as follows:

Undergraduate; Applications for admission to undergraduate qualifications for the 2025 academic year are to be open from 21 August to 11 October 2024.
Applications for admission to honours degrees and postgraduate diplomas for the 2025 academic year will open from 21 August to 11 October 2024.
Applications for admission to master’s and doctoral degrees for the 2025 academic year are to be open from 2 September to 22 November 2024 (some exceptions apply).
Applications for Short Learning Programs from the 2025 academic year begin from May to July.

Before applying, please check whether you meet the statutory and college-specific admission requirements, and the required academic points score (APS) for your chosen qualification(s). The minimum APS score differs from college to college, and from qualification to qualification. Please refer to each qualification for the admission requirements.

It is important to note that you will not automatically be accepted to study through Unisa in 2025. Students will be accommodated based on the number of spaces available for each qualification.

Application process: How Does it Work? Unisa application 2025 opening date

You can apply for a maximum of two (2) qualifications that is been ranked in order of preference (even though you may register only for one if both of your applications be successful).
Unisa will notify you of the results of your application
You have to accept or decline Unisa’s offer within the prescribed time given by Unisa.
If you were able to accept the Unisa Offer for the 2025-2026 Academic year, you can only register for the qualification or specialization for which you received the offer. You can also equally register for the 2025-2026 year. If you also decide not to register for the 2025 academic year for any reason, you will be required to re-apply for admission in 2025 for the 2025-2026 Academic year

Please, take note: The University of South Africa (UNISA) keep or reserves the right to evacuate any offer for admission to the 2025-2026 academic year if it is found that you do not qualify for the statutory, college or minimum admission requirements for the qualification you have been admitted. In this case, the University will repay any registration fees which was paid towards the said qualification. Unisa Online Application 2025-2026

I have used the Emai Address where I am employed because I will be able to check and receive my mails properly and accordingly.I do have my personnel Email but I dont think it will work for me. I am afraid that if I can loose my phone, my conversation and interaction will not be successful with my Lectures.
