The formal application period for undergraduate and graduate students will begin on April 14, 2026, and end on May 9, 2026. All applicants must visit the official website page of Unisa for the online application form, fill it out and ensure to submit all applications before the deadline date, therefore any applicants who submit application after the closing date would not be accepted and will not be offer any qualification space at Unisa.

The Unisa administration strongly advises all candidates to pay the R140 entrance fee in order to access the online application form. All candidates should be aware that there is no return for any money paid for admission. Short Learning Programmes (Application Date and Deadline Date):

• Applications and registrations for Unisa’s Short Learning Programmes for the 2026 academic year to be open from 8 January to 15 February 2026 for 1st semester modules and 8 January to 15 March 2026 for 2nd semester and year modules.
